At MARKÉTT, we want you to feel great about your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return or exchange within 14 business days from the order date.

RETURNS

To start your return, please email us at info@markettstudio.com with your name, order number, and a short explanation.

Returned items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition

• In the original packaging

• With all tags still attached

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and/or shipping insurance as we cannot issue refunds for items we do not receive.

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our return conditions, we’ll process your refund within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your payment method. If the item is not eligible for return, it will be shipped back to you at your expense.

If the return is due to a mistake on our part, we will of course cover all related shipping costs. Please contact us right away at info@markettstudio.com.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are possible for the same model and size in a different color, based on availability. If you prefer, you may return the item for a refund and place a new order.

To request an exchange, please email us within 14 business days at info@markettstudio.com with your name, order number, and preferred replacement details.

The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached. Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please use a trackable shipping method.

Once we receive your item and confirm its condition, we’ll ship the replacement. If the item isn’t suitable for exchange, it will be returned to you.

Again, if there was an error on our end, we will take care of the shipping.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• All returned/exchanged items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• Tags must remain attached.

• International orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

• Any included accessories must be returned in original packaging.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes up to 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank’s processing time may vary.
